Great central location, very cheap, comfortable, fantastic shower and loved decor/traditional vibe in the reception. The room was good for the price, a little small but fine if you're not planning on spending much time there - Xalapa itself is a great city to explore! More water in the room would be nice and we were woken by very noisy guests returning at 5am - staff should have told them to be quiet.. it went on a while. But very clean and great housekeeping. We'd return for sure!
Un hotel agradable, personal amable. Olvidé unos objetos en mi habitación y me llamaron enseguida que salí para decirme que podía pasar por ello. El lugar cumple con los criterios para una noche de descanso, se logra percibir ruidos externos más no afectan al descanso.
El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, cue ta xon una pequeña sala de estar y unas mesas pero las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, la habitación sencilla ronda en los $450 pesos, en cuanto a la habitación la cama esta muy dura y rechina horrible, se encierra mucho el ruido en los pasillos, la televisión según cuenta con cable y solo se puede ver 1 o 2 canales, de ahí en fuera para pasar la noche por alguna emergencia pues no está mal para el precio.
Excelente lugar para hospedarse, tranquilo cómodo y muy bien ubicado, el servicio excelente Lo malo de este lugar es el tamaño de las habitaciones demasiado demasiado pequeñas, y que lo cierran por las noches, si sales a cenar o a tomar algo debes tocar y esperar a que te abran, y cuando abren lógicamente no te conoce el personal te hace algunas preguntas y después de verificar que estás hospedado ahí, te da acceso , al menos para mí es un poco incómodo,

Fue cómodo y me pareció familiar. Buena ubicación, limpieza. Eso si hay mucho ruido pero, en mi caso no hubo problema. Las ventanas están sin protecciones. El estacionamiento es muy pequeño, pero cupimos perfecto. Hay agua caliente y las habitaciones no cuentan con aire acondicionado pero no hizo falta por que el clima en Xalapa es agradable. ¡Precio justo!

Lovely Mexican traditional hotel. The decor is filled with detail and the whole place feels very cozy. This is a very cheap hotel, so the finishes are on the low end, but the overall experience was very pleasant. The one thing you should be very aware of is that there seems to be no A/C so if you're coming in the summer, you might too look somewhere else
